Their fences carry 10 years warranties - Highest warranty for wood fence I knew.

They provide free labor to re-stain fence every 2 years - I didn't find other competitors with the same free service, and I knew some contractors require several hundred dollars for the labor of stain.

Paul and his team worked hard.  To ensure the project well done on time, his team worked from early morning until dark in the evening under the Texas hot weather 108-110 degree.  We are very appreciate their hard work.

Their team is distinguished.  The new fence meets all of their standards and promises.  Their excellent work did make our fence as a Masterpiece - it's outstanding of our community and it exceeds our expectation.

After scrutinized their work, even my nitpicking wife (who had engineering degree) said: "They did very good job".

Now the new fence is highly appraised by our friends and neighbors.  Both my wife and I are extremely pleased with the fence they built.

Masterpiece is their name and the fence they built for us is exactly that. A masterpiece. We got several quotes and Masterpiece was right in there. We went and reviewed fences built by all the quote companies and Masterpiece's fences stood out because:

They use screws rather than nails.
They dip the wood in the sealer which covers all of it.
They give a ten year guarantee.

They met every commitment on their quote, they left our yard and drive totally cleaned up, and they did it right on schedule. All these reasons are great, but for me their attention to detail and cooperative manner in doing everything from quote to completion was most the most important part of doing business with them.

This is by far the best fence in the market.

Masterpiece key selling points for me were:
Dipped Boards which allow the stain to sink in instead of being sprayed on.
They only use screws and they have a 10 year warranty.

Seven years later my fence stands as straight as the first day that it was installed. Mr. Ho's attention to detail and the quality of material used are excellent.

Not only was the installation great, years later the service is still excellent when it came time to stain my fence.

I would recommend that if you are looking for a Quality Fence then you need to meet Mr. Ho.
